CareerStand.com, Inc. Announces the First Vacation Getaway Winner

Statesboro, GA August 25, 2004 -- CareerStand.com, Inc. has announced the winner for its first ever Vacation Getaway contest. Jill Stewart from Savannah, Georgia is the lucky winner. As a first prize winner Ms. Stewart will recieve a trip for four(4) to Bahamas and $1000 spending cash. Dana Hall from Calhoun, Georgia is the second prize winner and will recieve a home computer system.

Through the contest CareerStand.com, Inc. got to jumpstart their job search database. More than 2000 people are now signed up at CareerStand.com because of the contest. Mohammad Khan, President says, "Even though it was an expensive marketing campaign, we enjoyed it very much." He adds, "It was a GREAT success."

The winner Jill Stewart was at a local restaurant when she saw the entry box and decided to enter, even though she was moving to Colorado with her new husband the next day. It was difficult for Khan and other organizers to track her down but she is glad they did. Stewart says, "I have never won anything before. I am truly delighted. The thrill has not worn off."

Stewart has a degree in Psychology, but she would like to get into the medical field. She is still looking for a job.
